change everything
hey i have this site: cypruspropertiesguide.com and i want to change it (its my dad's). i dont like the colours,the theme,the script that is working on, i dont like anything on it and want to make it better and more easy to use for users. can anyone provide me with some tips,scripts,tutorials,graphics, anything that will be useful and helpful? thanks!

Content Management System (CMS)
Look into a CMS for managing your website. I would recommend "Joomla!" You can buy a professional template and install it yourself pretty cheaply and give it a professional look. There are real estate extensions that you can get for free or for a small amount of money.
