Default Ubertor - For the super realtor

As some of you may or may not know, I am a licensed realtor. I am also a salesperson for a company who is now selling real estate websites.

This is a fantastic product (enough to make me take a job with them full time) and here are some of the key features.

Ease of use: I have been a Realtor and SEO for about 5 years. The Ubertor product is amazingly easy to use. Something realtors need as they do not have time to be monkeying around.

    -IDX Intergration: Upon board approval

    - Create pages on the fly: These are not just any pages, these are SEO friendly pages and the content is provided by you.

    - Blogging, Blogging, Blogging: Current SEO strategies indicate blogs are a perfect way to increase your traffic via the search engines.

    - Third Party Syndications: We have agreements with some third party websites online that everytime you upload a listing, it will be syndicated onto their website with 2 links back to your website (one to your homepage and one directly to the listing itself).

I will be using their site to assist me in my real estate career. Many of you know I started to build my own, but it became too much of a process. So, I went looking for a solid solution. I found it here at Ubertor (a family of Combustion Labs and Combustion Listings).

Let me take you for a spin through the product. You have nothing to lose. Call me today!

I look forward to hearing from you...

I have a couple of questions?

does it have a content management system?

If it does how does it rank?

Does this template rank in google?

can you list a few people's url's that use this system.

    Thanks,

    STVP

    1. It does have a content management system.

    2. I am unclear about the ranking? Are you talking SEO or compared to others.

    3. The templates are tableless (CSS only) and as such are very SE friendly. They tend to rank very well.

A few examples that I suggest:

    www.mikegrahame.com

www.historicmodern.com (these two are using the same templates).

We are just getting going with real solid template design, there are 5 styles with about 6 colour variations each. There are at least 10 templates being created that I know of.

    Here is another example:

    http://www.harborsiderealty.net

There are some truly amazing functionality that you will be able to see from those samples and about 5 you cannot.

    Let me know...
