I see you are using Wordpress. But you can get better templates.
Remove the ads as you are going to get only $1 dollar out of it. I don't know if that helps with SEO or not but it messes up the layout.

Get a free template from blogstheme.com and organize your posts and ads.

i think you gotta need to seek professional help for this one...thats my idea...cause the more time you spent fixing your site the more client you will lose...so just live this to the expect and focus on what you should achieve first..
