    You shouldn't create a website without planning the SEO first. It's by far the most important step and the step most people overlook.

    There's a lot of steps to consider in the SEO planning stage. You have to get your on page SEO perfect before opening your site and starting on the off page stuff.

    You should consider your main navigation and the usability of the website.

    Here are some of the factors I consider in terms of website design.


    1. navigation of pages
    2. simplicity of design
    3. relevance of design to niche
    4. speed of site in respect to the images of the design
    5. relevance of images in design to niche
