    Default HTML/CSS or PHP/MYSQL for a Website

    So from what i know , HTML/CSS will run faster?
    What do you think is batter for interactive/enterprise site?Why?

    if you are about to have lots of content on the site that must be periodically updated it's better to use php/sql to manage your site faster, if you have some simple pages with static content e.g. 'list of services', 'about us', 'contact us' then use html as this will require less resources and only html/css knowledge is required..
