Wordpress or Joomla?
I have been using wordpress, but heard that Joomla is good too. Which do you like best and why? Thanks.

Depends
This is very much dependent on what your requirements are how you are going to deal with it!
If you ask me personally i would prefer to go for Custom Wordpress because you can edit the way you want and its Open source and you will find more Addons and Plugins with wordpress the Joomla and on the other hand Joomla is not as easy to change as wordpress is.

I always thought that Joolma was much more of a developer tool for people who want to really customize their websites. Wordpress on the other hand is designed for people who just want to real estate blog but it gives you the options to spend a few hours customizing your site with the various pluggins.
Since your on a real estate site I assume your an agents and not a webmaster. I'd stick with wordpress and spend your time with clients not developing your Joolma site.Last edited by Chief Tutor; 03-17-2011 at 10:53 AM.
