Agent Web Site Design Firms
Fellow Realtors with Websites:
Which web design firms do you use (positive and negative)?
I'm looking for the non-marketing feedback on different web design companies offering more than just a 10 page site (VOW/IDX, lead management, SEO etc).

Advanced Access has a good starter website. They are in the process of releasing 4.0 and it will be a huge improvement as there will be clean url's, css integration, and more. They have a lot of money behind them and this should be a great product.
REW has a great product that is ready to go today. They also can customize it to do anything you want for a price naturally. It would be worth looking at their sites for sure.WebNewsForUs.com was started to help real estate agents grow their business. Nothing for sale, just opinions from a Chicago real estate agent. Comments and topic ideas are always welcome.

Directory of web site vendors
A site I just launched: www.realpinions.com is dedicated to answering these types of questions (for several real estate topics including web sites).
It's new so the feedback/reviews haven't really started to filter in yet but I've identified over 43 vendors for web sites.
But with respect to web site vendors, I've taken the time to identify if the vendor is template based or custom based, if they offer a free trial, what the setup fees are and what the monthly fees are.

planet idx
I like planet idx for the backend features. You get a cookie cutter site but the lead managment, lockout system, and analytics are where it's at. They are not a huge company and therefore willing to create new products for you, at the right price of course.
