Usability or creativity
Imagine a website absolutely creative and stunning but scores low in usability issues then its most
likely that it may amuses the visitors for the first time but may not guarentee the return, so there
should be trade off between the two.

You have a few threads of similar content going. I would suggest reconciling the info (which is useful information which some readers might enjoy) into a single thread (a guide, if you will).
Search Wailea Real Estate for sale and view a Complete List of all Maui Condos For Sale updated in real time. View our Maui Real Estate Blog and Maui Weebly Page for local events, market data, and property listings.

I also observe that. Maybe choosing a more nice topic or shall I say something unique is nice.
Anyway, still love your site. Good Luck

I think a site should both have a nice design and user-friendly interface. This can help attract more visitors and keep them stay longer on a website.

The user interface is the most important...and after that you can design it a little bit.
An off-topic example: what does people want? A beautiful house on the outside and awful inside? No.

Must be fast loading
A site needs to load within 8-10 seconds or you will lose a prospect. This is the NOW generation so speed is one key
Permanent credit restoration is much better than simple repair. Higher credit scores equal more real estate transactions. We use a United States federal law and have never lost a single trade line dispute with the 3 major credit bureaus in 11 years. Credit knowledge is Power

Sites must be dynamic enough about 85% before publishing it online. Usability and accessibility are like sisters.

I agree! Also if you can rank in Google but not convert users it's pointless.. have to do it all!

I would really recommend the Test Assistant BB. It's the same compartment Camtasia, but it is tailored to software testing. In fact, goes as far as capturing the key press, mouse, and even the setup of the system. Video editing easy, and add comments for developers to see the important things, is straight. Very easy to use as well.
