These websites are quite annoying
Well there are some websites that are quite annoying because the text is sometimes is super imposed or at
times the menus are flying on the text area, this causes the visitors to close the sites altogether.

Toooo slow
Way too slow loading...this can be a death knell of any website. KISS...Keep It Simple Silly (sounds better than Stupid)

I find site quite annoying if the color is too heavy to the eye and doesn't have enough content.

yeah, even they are some banner of google ads do cover over their content. I hate those thing happen when i really want to look into it. i hate pop up and same like you say the menu is flying on the text and final up with close all with the mistaken.
