the number one advise I can give to any agents thinking of building a website is to build within the open source environment. Use Drupal, Joomla or Wordpress and have the ability to have full control over your web system. Proprietary systems are out and agents want the control to be able to update their system year after year.

When pressing an enter button! every online visitor as some minimum and maximum limits of expectations while visiting a website. That may be listing as:

    1. Appropriate and eye catching design and colors
    2. No 404 on the page.
    3. Easy navigation
    4. Contact us page (in case of services)
    5. Easy shopping cart (in case of product)
    6. Phone no and other Quick contact information
    7. Physical map address
    8. Decent and human readable content

list can go on and on but there are the few what almost every user expect when visiting a website.
