Wordpress Theme
I was helping a friend with his site and used an awesome real estate template from studiopress http://tinyurl.com/kppta7

It integrated extremely easily. The only issue I ran into was with the gallery plugin. It was a little confusing to get working, but once I did it looked sweet.

Looks pretty good. I was thinking about installing the real estate listing plugin on my pre-existing WP theme but I've heard it is kind of difficult. Your blog looks good. Does it use Cinicopia as the image viewer, it looks like it is. I've also been on the fence about just startive over with joomla 1.5 w/ the free real estate component.
Thanks I am thinking I might give it a try.
