Video Grabber

I don't know where to post this but anyway, I would like to ask if someone knows of a video grabbing freeware? I already have youtube downloader but I need something that can grab any video in any site.

I use Fast Video Download plug-in for Firefox. I am not sure that it could grab from every site, but it supports major video streaming sites.

I'm using Downloadhelper which is an addon for Firefox (again) which can download from almost any flash video containing website and itegrates with flashgot, so I think it is the best
