I have not used this service but I have used others like it.
You will be ok as long as you remember that the quality is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get something that is great. Other times you will end up paying the fee and you'll be happy just to never talk to the contractor ever again.
What ever you pay a cheap contractor expect to have to hire 2 or 3 different ones just to get the quality that you would like (at least in my case). As long as you are willing to accept this you'll be fine.
Also, keep in mind that you need to define your requirements as accurate as possible so that the details can not be misunderstood.Compete Realty Team
