Email lists
Does anyone here know any quality places to get lists of email addresses for realtors and mortgage brokers both businesses and individuals?
I know you can get realtor information from the local boards, but that seems very time consuming and doesn't guarantee all the email addresses
There seem to be a number of websites for mortgage broker leads, but some of them look pretty shady,fly-by-night types
???

Go with Dr. Bill
I speak from experience and receive no compensation for this referral. Dr. Bill's lists are the best I've ever used and some of the least expensive.
I'm not compensated in way - just a very satisfied customerCisco Adler

You can collect such lists yourself by using harvesting programs, with specific keywords in mind...pardon -- memory lol.

You can check out datadepot.biz - Decent prices there. Not sure about the comparison to other email lists for sale out there, but the list I got I would say about 20-22% of the emails were undeliverables. But when you're talking about 50,000+ email addresses, that's not too bad.
