    Default Small Builder / Developer outside of Sugar Land (Houston) Texas

    I'm new to the group. I build affordable 2/1's $59k and 3/2's $79k and up in Wharton Texas. A sleeper community about 30-45 minutes SW of Sugar Land and Houston. Fomerly a general contractor from Miami Florida. I am looking for investors interested in min. 25-30% NOI in single family affordables.     Are you looking for General Partners or Limited Partners for this venture? What would be the minimum investment for a Limited Partner?
