Thumbs up Expect more postings here shortly.

I have already emailed a realtor that is a client and two other realtors that are proposed clients about this forum. So I expect them to check this place out and maybe they will have something to contribute!

They are officed in San Antonio Texas or the beautiful Hill Country, so even if they don't have much to say at least they better stop by and say HOWDY!

    Hey guys,
Since you guys are in the San Antonio area, would anyone like to help me out with some tips and advise about real estate. I like to be ahead of the curve as far as all this goes so any advise for a noob like me would be greatly appreciated. I'm just finishing up my courses and I'll be taking the exam next month...I'm pumped. Anyone looking for a protege?

Im from the Dallas area and am researching school. I have already worked with an agent in Florida. Now I am back home in the lone star and want to go for my licence, but I was wondering if it mattered if I went to a private real estate school or a community college. Any advice is welcome.

Good luck with your test if you've not already taken it, sorry I've only just stopped back in to check the board.

No I still haven't taken it..still finishing up classes and saving up money. I'm nervous as hell about all this mainly because I don't want to be a victim of expectations. I read so much and eventually I know I'll just have to jump in hip deep...I just want to have a realistic expectation of consequences and income.
