Default Urgent!!! I need your suggestions

    Hi-----

There's a group of key real-estate investing trainers who are launching a
unique membership site. What RE investing trainer would you love to hear
from and be personally coached by? Let your imagination go wild here.

    I really want to know.

    Best, Kathy Strahan

eh, it seems like most of the popular ones are just motivational speakers rather than investors.

Maybe like the guys who wrote "RE investing for dummies?"

It might be tough to find investors like that. The speakers sound like some good contacts though.

Sometimes it is not a matter of who I would like to be coached by, but rather the masses. Also, often times it seems that the people that are most successful are the ones that "create" their own experts... plus its alot cheaper.

i have to agree, i see plenty of motivational speakers out there who charge to hear their ideas. my question is how much property do they really own, and are they cash flowing??

There are very few successful real estate investors who went to motivational speaking. Do your homework and research them...If they come up in RipOffReport's website, stay away

Not sure if you're looking for national or regional, or local people.

Personally, My Team does investor seminars every month, and the local angle wins over so many people.

Real estate is not "one-size-fits-all" business. I hate those sell-a-thons that a lot seminars run.

Just give people real information, and don't talk about making millions.
