Okay 2 things which I think need to be looked at;
1. Missing threads
2. Hiding threads in forums if no response within 30 days.
I think the threads should always be available to read, I don't always have time to view every single forum that I'm a member of but I will come back once in a while, and would like to read previous threads, as well as current ones.
IMO it makes the forum look inactive.

Good suggestions Darren!
I don't think anything should ever be hidden if it is good quality content. Why would one hide old content in the first place? Seriously, I am not clear on why one would... Mike, what would be a reason?
I would think that all posts are good, showing much diversity of content related to real estate for the SE's and all new visitors.Matt Pellerin, A Phoenix Realtor

The default settings in vBulletin are set up that it is hidden after 30 days. Will go into the thread admin and change it
