Foreclosure books
I'm sure there are thousands of books out there on how to navigate the treacherous waters of buying foreclosures but I was just wondering what the consensus is on the ones that are the best. Kind of tired of seeing the ones that look like schemes. I'd just like to find one that goes through step by step and isn't trying to sell me on something.

Robert Shemin is ok. Google it.
It's more real estate investing than foreclosure, but he's not bad...
Hope this help...

foreclosures
I would go to the book store (find one with tables and a relaxed staff) and thumb through a few. That way you can get a taste for the style and avoid the informercial type of books. At least that is what I usually do when I look for real estate books. Also I would read online. Books usually seem out of date. The information online is usually fresher.
