Americans and other foreigners are buying property like crazy in Costa Rica. Could you add Costa Rica to your list on these forums?

you would want to email Martin at martin@sitetutor.com. He would be the one that could add that section. I know a person who is an agent in Costa Rica and he says the same thing..I guess I'll look for a new hideout since that will soon become a newer "cancun"

Just sold some land I had in Costa Rica, it's going to look like Hawaii in a few years. Dominica Republic is looking better to me

there is still plenty of interior property with good climate for serious folks wishing to retire in Costa Rica and the beaches are 2 - 3 hours drive if you really need to be ungodly hot and burned to a crisp
