Hiya,
Do you have your options set in your control panel to accept notification of replies to your threads and posts?
If not go to User CP once you have logged in, then to edit options, you will then a little bit further down the page have an option Default Thread Subscription Mode which will need to be set to instant email notification.
You will then receive an email each time some one else replies to the thread.
