yeh it makes sense. You mean add a whole new category called "Search Engine Marketing" under "Real Estate Webmasters" right?

Yup. Looks good. Should you add & SEO so that it reads Search Engine Marketing & SEO?

I am not sure what the difference is

But I have realized that the word seo has become a bad word in a way.

I was trying to stay away from naming it that

Yes a Blog would be a great idea. As a matter of fact, if all these perferred partners have blogs and whoever is part of this group, each member could submit to all the other members a bio about their city and what they offer real estate wise and all members could post these on their blogs with Anchor text pointing back to their websites.

This would create more indexed pages for the members and also create BLs.

There are some search engine category are Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask, AOLSearch etc..

Google is the world's largest search engine....

Not a bad idea since most of the threads and discussions here are about online marketing of real estate. and I have to say that we oughta get some admins or moderators for them too as there are a lot of posters who are NOT suggesting very good ideas for SEO or online marketing - we don't want to be a forum known for suggesting techniques that can get their sites into trouble right?
