How would you create a business plan

Hello everyone,

Let’s say you were thinking of starting your own internet business what would be your business plan? In general, what would your step by step approach be to making the business successful?

First, the market i would cater, kids, teens, older ones, females, males, girls, boys, or all of the above? Would i sell products or service? What products/service? Then ask yourself, would i be interested into this stuff (product/service)?

For an example, Online Accessories Shop, accessories is for every age and gender right. Where would you concentrate? Earrings, rings, bracelet, necklace? What material? Gold, silver, beads, all of the above? Where would you purchased this things? Are you going to buy a pre-made one or your going to create it yourself? Would you offer personalized/limited items?

Actually there's a lot more to consider, but whats important is that you can enjoy whatever business you are going to open, and i myself hope there would be a lot of answers in this thread.
