According to me It is a branch of an economics concerned with the resource allocation and also resource management, investment and acquisition. Simply, it deals with all the matters related to the markets and money.

Can anyone explain the finance exactly????

You are interested in knowing the broad term of finance? Check out Wiki, im sure they have a very detailed explaination. As you are in the "finance" arena yourself (from what your website links depict) you may want to brush up a little bit.

Investment is also a part of finance. Now there so many types of investments, like, long term investment, short term investment, mid term investment. There are so many sectors where people invest their money, like, stock market, property, mutual fund, etc.

Finance is a very complex topic. So many things are related with one another and it can be confusing. I would find a specific topic about finance and educate yourself on that. For real estate, agents should be familiar with what types of financing is available for their clients and how to figure out what type of financing is best for them. This topic can go deep just talking about mortgages, different types of loans, conventional, VA, FHA, what qualifications someone must have for each type of loan, credit scores, interest rates, how interest rates work and what makes them go up and down, how its related to bonds, investors buying up the loans, how it ties in with the stock market, etc.

I agree that finance is a broad topic and it's quite hard to discuss it. I think you should be specific to what exactly part of finance you would want to learn so that members can give their specific ideas.

I wanted to know the views of members about finance. If i think Finance contains a branch of an economics concerned with the resource distribution, it is a management, and it is a possession as well as investment. In the simple words, finance deals with all the matters related to money as well as finance markets. Then what do members know about finance?

The act of providing money in the form of a loan or capital is known as finance and is something that everyone from governments to the private individual uses.
