How a Real estate investments is successful?
HI,
How a Real estate investments is successful? its a very typecal queation that needs to be asked frequently by a agent and its customers.
For a customers it is successful when he/she gets what is demanded and can get the profit in future also.
For an agent the first priority is the customer satisfaction and then the secod should be its profit that he/she should get after the deal.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

It is not definite that what you will get after investment in Real Estate profit or loss. It depends on the property to which you invest. And the selection of profitable property can be done only through experience.

The profit is what makes a business successful. The way you get profit is an other subject for discussion.

How a Real estate investments is successful?
There’s a quote by Gene Brown that says “One good thing about being young is that you are not experienced enough to know you cannot possibly do the things you are doing.”
Here’s what we’ve learned are the secrets to successful real estate investing partnerships:
Common Objectives
Begin with the End in Mind
Be Fair
Under-promise and Over-deliver
Communicate RegularlyLast edited by Ethenwoo; 07-19-2010 at 12:15 AM.

Hardley hit it right on the head. Leverage, Limit Risk and know your exit strategy! When analyzing an investment all of this needs to be calculated out BEFORE any move or deal is made. If you move forward before doing all your homework, you are not managing risk and will have a greater chance of failure or limiting your ROE

If you got what you wanted out of the investment, then I suppose it's been succesful.
Sometimes people invest in property for prestige rather than profit. If owning that property got them the prestige they desired then, it was a succesful transaction despite the financial loss.
If it's ROI you're looking for, then it's been succesful if you achieve that ROI.
People have different motives for investing in real estate, it isn't always financial.

Real state investment is a best place to invest your hard earned money, and get a huge multiple profit within very short time period. Now a day people are taking it as a business. But there are so many risks in this kind of investment, so you must assess yourself your risk appetite, then start investment in real state.
