Live chat function for real estate forum?

I think their should be a live chat feature on this real estate forum website. Id like to be able to speak with realtors from across the country instantly... it would be fun and some good networking

I think that would be a good idea. I saw some forums that have that chat feature and that's a good way to talk to other members instantly.

That would be nice. But since RE forum recently updated its software (as mentioned in other threads), I guess it would take long to consider your idea by the management.
