Good list! Craiglist is reliable site for a good property listings and other ads. The contact information about the property owner/seller is important, and if you already have the listing, an inspection is good thin gto do to ensure th equality of the property.

Thanks for sharing these tips. Contact details are really important when dealing with a property. We should always take contact details of the person for the listings. I agree to Bangkok, craiglist is quite well in giving good listings.

What is a real estate club? I can't say that I've ever heard of that. I've heard of people joining leads groups.

I like your list, it is almost complete, mind adding utilizing free online advertisement specifically on real estate category, many people are tired of roaming around to look for a property to buy, that is why they use the internet to look for something to buy which include real estate properties.

Definitely some good, creative ideas. The key is to always be moving and to approach everyone..not being pushy or anything, more or less being in the right places at the correct times....nice list
