Marketing is never been so easy. I will cost you much time and effort; you also have to keep going even if you can't still see the end. Sometimes, little mistake will turn everything down; all the effort and time that has been wasted will make you feel so frustrated. So you have to be careful not to mess up.

I think you can't save so much as marketing requires some investment too, before you will start saving. That's why I don't agree with the idea.

Default Best way to start marketing

Without doubt the best way to start marketing is pretty much free. It's called strategic networking and it has nothing to do with formal networking organisations. In fact I recommend you avoid them like a plague because they are expensive, full of people who don't know what networking is, and generally may be entertaining but are not a good use of your time. Especially because most of them meet in precious family time, and as an agent your hours are family-unfriendly enough already.

There's a free book somewhere on the net called "Strategic Networking Payoff" that explains the whole philosophy and methodology of this new "self-generated networking" in order to get word of mouth spreading very rapidly so that you quickly get referrals, as well as people actually calling you.

    Good luck!

I am working as an VA and web master for a Realtor in DC area, I am looking for some one who is well known about the best market for properties and generate the leads. I am trying from last few months but not get a very good result.

I think I should try to get idea from some one who has better knowledge over this.

Internet marketing is the cheapest way to market your business, in my opinion. Usually, we need investment to start anything. You need to invest effort, time, and I guess a little money in order for you to get good results. Always remember that patience is a virtue, for me, online marketing is cheaper than print ads.
