- A New Member needs 15 posts before their signature is shown in the a members posts
- A member needs 15 posts before a live link will be displayed in a members post
- If a member has multiple posts on one page, only one signature will be displayed.
- Lastly, A member has to have a minimum of 15 words in a post for a post to display the members signature.

Interesting rules to keep down the spam. Only question I have is why the 15 word min for someone who has already been around. Sometimes it doesn't take that many words to make a point.
WebNewsForUs.com was started to help real estate agents grow their business. Nothing for sale, just opinions from a Chicago real estate agent. Comments and topic ideas are always welcome.

15 does seem rather arbitrary. There are times when one is responding to a question and I would hate to see someone go yadee, yadee, yadee to get their word count. I understand what your trying to do, and as some of you know, I rarely run short of word to use.

Minimum Word Posts
Arbitrary is correct. IF someone has some research about the average word count when commenting, It would love to see it. I am not a 100% expert on all our decisions.
Thanks

Hey Chief,
Have you noticed that the only ones commenting on this thread are those of us with less than 15 posts. Maybe we have beat this one to death. lol
