Forums that are updated and the contents are valuable to the viewers and members as well. Has tight policies on posting threads and replies. I guess I am pertaining to forums like realstateforum.com.

Featured threads and posts
What I am looking for is featured threads and featured posts so that I can access them directly without having to go through each and every forum post to find relevant information.
Posts like those made by Ramadan, looking for an opportunity to post links without contributing to the thread should be removed by the moderator.

Best for rentals? Not really seen any good rental property forums myself online, think most of them are like REF that generally look after all aspects of real estate / property.
There are dozens and dozens of property forums out there, but if you are looking for rental ones, you are probably best off looking closer to home than general property forums.

I might also include great community in which everyone is knowledgeable enough to share their own opinions, and mature enough to learn that everyone has their own opinion.

For rentals? I don't know some, but good forum sites means updated threads, active members, without spammers, with good and quality content and the environment is friendly like RE.
