Good suggestion. At least with this forum, we can not only share experiences but tips and strategies as well. I hope this will be taken into consideration.

Yes, we should start. It will help many to know the best practices to avoid foreclosure. Besides it, this is the good period to invest in foreclosed properties, so many would be interested to know latest information

Today foreclosure property is emerging as the best real estate investment option. People are being attracted towards this option as more and more good properties are being declared foreclosed by the financial institutions because of ongoing economic recession. So, the creation of foreclosure segment would be great help. For the readers, who want to know more about foreclosure practices, foreclosureworkouts.info/ too may be a good source.

we really should - i am involved in foreclosure real estate and agree that there is a great need for more discussion of this wonderful investment opportunity - lawyers and investment professionals all agree that the current foreclosure market is the real estae opportunity of the decade if not the century!

No offense. But I would rather have a segment in which we guys can exchange ideas and interact on that subject. Foreclosure.
