Shouldn't we have a Short Sale Section

Since the hotest topic in real estate at this time is Short Sales, and since there is so much ignorance and misunderstanding about Short Sales, wouldn't it be a good idea to start a section for the subject?

That is a great idea! Maybe you should contact the Moderator and ask if he could add a short sale room.

I agree. We should also have a foreclosure section.

That would be a good idea also. These are hot topics, and it seems like there should be a section devoted to them.

Does anyone know how to talk to someone who can make this happen.

Short of that I wonder if simply getting a lot of comments here is the way to prove that there is interest.

Assuming that it would matter, please anyone interested in these topics, leave a comment here.

Of course that is a great idea! Often I find this site hard to navigate- if it were broken down into certain areas of real estate it would be easier to post questions and easier to reply to things in our expertise!
