Default Ask yourself first Why You Want To Be A Realtor

If I were you I would interview a couple Realtors about the business. Most of them are very happy to give you advise on your particular area. Call a reputable firm locally and see if they hire and train agents. Some of them pay you back your school fees after you're done. Just have to look to see what's out there.

Real estate firms have responded to the violence by implementing procedures to help keep their agents safe. If your office has developed agent safety policies, follow them. If it has not, there are several things you can do to help minimize your risks of an attack.

    Default Licensing in Croatia

We have just recently, few years back, made it obligatory to pass the state testing to get a licence. But there are still lot of those on the market without any certificate.

Real estate agents enjoy working with the public and have historically felt safe while performing their jobs, but the trend has shifted in recent years, with a number of agents raped, robbed and murdered while showing homes and other properties.

Becoming an RE agent require that you are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of application. In some state you are even required to enroll to 40 and 50 hours of pre licensing courses in accredited facility before you can take the RE license exam.

To be an effective real estate agent and actually make some decent money, you need to be very good at small business marketing.

Well,I will say that making career as a real-estate agent will be profitable. As,there will be need of buying & selling of properties at present & in future,so there will be more need of a real-estate agent or say broker.I suggests that students should do it.
