Default S.C. Lots with Creative finance option

I am selling several lots for sale in a golf community in South Carolina. Low taxes, low property association dues.

This offering allows you to "Lock/hold" the property without closing for one year!

The lots are being offered at 50% of the current market value. (current sale prices).

This is a purchase option transaction, additionally I may be willing to offer financing through land contract to qualified buyers.

This is a chance to own a beautiful lot in a very nice community with two private courses, private club house, recreation facility all at a very low price.

    please email me for details.

S.C. Lots with Creative finance option will use several criteria to determine how much money they'll agree to lend. These include
    Your gross monthly income
    Your credit history

The amount of your outstanding debts

Your savings--or the amount of money you have available for a down payment and closing costs
