    Has anyone been to topsail island? Now that looks like an up and coming market.

    I am very familiar with Topsail (pronounced Topsil by the locals) and the Holly Ridge area. It is a great coastal area with a large upside for future growth. We have waterfront, pre construction home sites for sale in prestigious communities. 100% financing, seller paid closing costs and 24 months of mortgage payments given to investor after closing. Let me know if you have any interest in more detailed information.
