Hey, I checked out your site.. It looks neatly laid out and the colors compliment each other. My only suggestions are to center the page on the screen and to some how make the site look more like you want to help people to make money investing in properties. Sorry to say it, but my first impression is that you want my money. Perhaps you could add backpages and place your products and services there, so they're not on the homepage. Good luck!

You definitely want to establish some more credibility and trust with your visitors and take the focus off of your products and services. This will actually improve your sales success.

I think it looks nice Wallace! It would look better with a Flip It Big banner across the top.

(Inside joke, Wallace and I have been talking for a few weeks about exchanging banners on our sites)

I like the site is my first impression. The colors work well. However, as someone with two design degrees and a background in web design, a big red flag presents itself.

The site is created using Frames and that can be very bad for search engines when they crawl it. Let me illustrate my point. The SE spiders don't look at sites like you and I do with a browser. When they come to look for content, they go through the code and read it that way.

Place your mouse on the right hand side of the site and right click. Choose view Source and look at the code. None of your content is there. Only the frame. You want your text to be there for the spiders to see and take note of.

Also, one quick tip is to not list so many keywords. 12-15 tops will do. Some people even speculate that the latest Google and Yahoo Algorithms don't even look at the keywords anymore and only the content and make up their own keywords but this can't be proven as google is very secretive of their algorithm code.

Either way the site has a good layout and color scheme and your well on your way. Just work on your code a tade....get rid of the frames and you will have yourself a nice site.
