Thank you for responding, we have a regulation D 506 Private Placement Memorandum in place. I would be able to send you that as well as a business plan and prospectus. The idea is nothing out of the norm, the managing partner basically finances acquisitions of apartment complexes that is slightly undervalued and can use improvements. We keep the management team which is essential to keep the tenants from trying to take advantage during this transition. As you probably already know improvements in net operating income along with corresponding improvements in the commercial property can provide a very substantial return for the proposed investment. We can also provide all documentation for you to review and perform due diligence on the managing partner.
