Looks like wordpress.
I use the same thing but it is not as elaborate. Wordpress is free and you can customize it.

Hi Guys,,

sorry for the delay...yes it is wordpress..wordpress.com not wordpress.org. The .org is where you host it on your own server, you have alot more control over it. I am going to move it within a month or so to the self hosted version as I would like to do alot more things with it.

I am glad you like it...very easy to add to it after you set it up

your blog is good I like the Template though it's simple and I also like your contents very informative as well.

Smart blog and best of all, you know what you're talking about.

One small improvement might be to include a nice pic with every post. It makes the page a bit more aesthetically pleasing than staring at plain text.

In fact, if you don't think it will cross the line between informing and selling to readers, you could post a sharp snapshot from an available property with every post. Be sure to make the pics clickable so that folks can view the property, if they're so inclined.

FYI, I too appreciate the break from the heat here in Tampa Bay.
