I just originated this blog to focus on sales and marketing tips for Loan Officers. I reference individuals such industry leaders like David Bartels, Mark Madsen, Greg Frost, etc.

Hi everyone, I wanted to let you all know that I am almost done (about 2 more weeks) with my Pre-Qualificaiton 2.0 Series. After I am complete, I will be creating an e-book with the series in it to give out if you would like a copy.

Also, I did update the blog today with another aspect of the Pre-Qual 2.0 process, and I also added an instant chat box for anyone that wants to ask questions.

As I stated in a previous post, I have updated my blog today to encompass one of the bigger mortgage industry releases in quite some time. The Acquisition of Countrywide by Bank of America.
