    Default Blog Suggestions

Nice blog with good information. A couple of suggestions though:

    1. Your links, at least on my screen, don't show as underlined links. Without mousing over them, one doesn't know there is a link there. Many might never know if they're scrolling and reading.

    2. Some may argue with me on this, but your posts are too long. Web readers want more short chunky data with quick cues. This is really good for you, as your longer posts could easily have been a series of several. You get more exposure via several feeds, more posts on the blog, and spend the same amount of time. You might also use bolding at the beginning of paragraphs if the text you bold gives the goal of the paragraph. Again, the web visitor has little patience. Their eyes will go to headlines or bolded copy. It may just get them to read when they were about to click away.

This is information that does have some validity. I freelance write for both elance.com and guru.com. Most buyers of web content are asking for optimized content of under 400 words per blog post. Most want 200 to 300.

I think if you ad links and set up feeds to blog catalog, bloggernity, top blog area and real estate blog directory you will see your posts skyrocket to the big g's first page in a matter of hours.

It worked for my new blog. Just don't tell anyone.
