    Default I'd love any feedback!

I would appreciate any feed back on my boise real estate blog. I've been playing around with blogging and mixing videos together.

    Thanks in advance!

Hi Chase.... I like it, but there is a concern I would like to ask you about.

Are you worried, that people have already seen the property...and now will not bother to come see in person with you?

I am in the midst of managing a relaunch of a site...the owner of the company did not want video of the properties for that reason. We are still in the process of deciding what video to include. Initial thoughts are just to have the area filmed.

That's a great question. I have to tell you that I have absolutely no worries about someone not wanting to view the property due to having seen it in a video. If anything, the video will give them just enough to want to actually come view the property.

    Here's the reason why.

a.) If viewing the property online in a video detours the buyer from actually wanting to come view it in person, do you think they would have been a real buyer for the property anyways?

b.) How many more buyers are you getting to look at your property by marketing it on video. It's difficult to get someone to read a description of a property when there are pictures they can click on. In a video, you get to do both! Not only can you describe everything about the property but the images come with it.

I've had many people ask why I dont make them more professional and edit the videos. I think customers want real...they dont want some fancy edited video that took a month to make. They want to know what it would be like if they were just walking through the home. If you are worried about retaining customers or getting them in front of you, I dont think this really rules that out either. Customers are going to realize that you go above and beyond for your clients so even though the home you just toured isnt the one for them, they may want to work with you because you do more then is required.

    Best of luck!

    Chase

I can see that you really want to expose your expertise in your blog and that is good, information are ready to be read on. One thing I was looking is your visible contact details or opt - in page or maybe a tab to click on.
