one other thing is Yahoo, MSN ignore nofollow while google don't, if you do the link building.

I have the same kind of issue(not really an issue). Just copywriting your web site according to google, you should get better result.

Focus your SEO on Google. If you rank well in google, there is a high probability that you will rank high in other search engines.

Well said.. Focus on Google, In my own experienced Google generate more traffic to my site not yahoo or Msn..

With such a disparity between Google and then Yahoo/MSN, this feels to me like a penalty or filter on Google's part. Is the site new? If so, it could be the "sandbox" at work. What sort of links do you have? If there's anything Google would consider manipulative or spammy, their algo could be penalizing the site while Yahoo/MSN are letting it through.

It does rank top 5 on google when other country does a search under my keywords.. But those audiences have bad click rates.. (2 to 10 pennies a click) I want USA clickers :0

Google works on different algo. Now if you want to get clicks from US visitors then oyu need to promote your website in google.us which is dpecially meant for us people.

Google is number one search engine it's better if you focus link building in Google like commenting in all do follow blog because Google want do follow..

They don't have the same algorithm, as we all know, Google is the no. 1 Search Engine that's why I suggest you to focus SEO on Google, Google uploaded how to get on top on Google. Goog luck to you.
