Can anyone recommend a good SEO company at an affordable price? What should you look for in a good SEO company?

While I have never personally used them since I do my own work, I have seen some of their results.

Very white hat - which is good for long term & sustainable search engine results.

Go to the search engine you want to be ranked in and search for SEO companies with different phrases, the company that comes up #1 the most often is probably the best, by definition. Most "SEO Terms" are highly competitive, any company capable of ranking high in them should be competent enough.

Another alternative is go to similar market find who did the SEO work for its #1 and get them to do yours.

thanks for your help. Anyone have success doing their own blogs and such and just posting your links on directories. I mean thats what SEO basically is right? Getting your link on as many related sites as possible?

hi there,im only new to this to but i know that, basically yeah there doing optimizing by link exchange and stuff its a repeated process but it should be put on the right link and stuff..or it won't be as effective.

it is not rocket science and everything you need to know is on google. It will take up a lot of time though.
