Real Estate is the Best Niche for SEO Industry.

I would like to know from your side members, what do u think on the same?

I think most of the real estate website can pay enough money to seo's and SEO also rewarded as per the same.

How do you select realtor a SEO company? Which things you keep in mind before selecting your SEO?

I do think Real Estate is a good industry for those involved in SEO but I think real estate agents should choose a company or individual that has experience in Real Estate SEO.

indeed!it was a very challenging to be in real estate as SEO. You will learn more each day.

Real Estate SEO is really a hard task but once you get used to it, good things will come.

Like the other poster said, i don't think it's a good niche in my opinion. The real estate niche is so crowded and it takes alot of work to make it to the top.

Real Estate SEO is really a hard, i'm working london city base estate agency, it is very hard to come into top 5 results any london area. But we have to keep trying. that's all about SEO.There is no clean rules.

Maybe Real Estate Niche is second for me. Basically because in order to do SEO for this kind of niche (in which a bit hard for me), you also have to understand the basics of real estate and from time to time learn new things about it.

sorry to disagree with you.
What about those companies who have not done any seo projects for real estate company but given top results for others like web development and travel. As I have seen the competition in both the fields are similar to Real Estate Industry.
EVERYONE DO SOMETHING FIRST TIME, THEN ONLY BECOME EXPERIENCED

I don't actually agree on this,it doesn't matter whether a company has a real estate experience or not, the only thing that matter is they can give what their clients demand and expectation.

Well said Rainier, I totally agree with you. What happened if a company dont have experiance in doing seo for real estate sites. If it has did for others and are ranking well it deserves otherwise not.
