Thread: Has anyone used AboutUs.org?

Does anyone have any experience with AboutUs.org? I am wondering if it is a worthwhile place to add my information.

I am using it for one of my sites. I think that it is a good tool. I don't have referals from there but when I search google for my site AboutUs.org is in the sirst results.

i bet it is credible.

I like it and use it for all my sites.

It doesn't drive a ton of traffic , but it's super easy to set up and only takes a few minutes to do.

it's one of my basic "do this" steps to "DIY SEO" for agents

AboutUs dynamically creates pages from publicly accessible information on Web sites, like meta tags and whois information. Once built, the pages - like any wiki - are available to be edited by the company, users, or anyone who visits the site.

I used it; I submitted my site to it some time ago. I haven't seen that the link has been noticed but it seems worth wild to put your site up. I doesn't take long.

I use it just because it's so simple to setup, and I believe you gain a backlink from it. I know it will usually appear in the SERPs too.

What is the usual turnaround to get listed? I remember putting in my info a few weeks ago but I don't see it listed yet.

The listing is instantly created when you make your page.
