3 way link exchange is good but you need to make sure you only do this with authority sites. Also, nowadays it is quite hard to rank well even for keywords like "city real estate", you need time, money and knowledge.

Good..but what i think there are less benefits of 3-way backlinks than one way backlinks..i think she would might have sme thing more..

Any backlink to your website is good. However, you can create a large amount of backlinks that will place on the first Google page for your keyword but a month later, Google will discover that most of these links are junk links and then will take away your keyword search result ranking and place you at your real ranking.

So unless the 3 way backlink is done with good sites its worthless in the long run.

I always believe that one way linking is far better than three way and even better than exchanged links. Don't do too much exchange links.

Google will not ban a site for 3 way linking. There are millions and millions and millions of naturally occuring 3 way links out there.

What Google will di is penalize a site for participating in large link networks or link schemes.

As far as banning a web site goes, that's a very rare occurence. They are more likely to penalize or filter the web site.
