What I think.
I believe you get better at anything you do.
So when you look back at words in your title tag you realize that you can be more direct.
Keep on changing your keywords, dont be afraid, trial and error is great, plus your placement is fine but it can be better.

Yes, I also don't think it is a good idea to change your title periodically. Title is part of a web that crawlers' read, if you change it to optimize your page for a new keyword you might end up losing you previous rank.
