What makes it more interesting is how the system works from the inside. Right now Alexa has been acting up. If you would know when and how, well that will make it real easy and without the challenge. I guess I'd go with the challenges.

    thanks,

Its Very very Help full for all, For website developer and SEO Person for their High ranking.
I suggest every one to read this post once, as it contain very Use full Information.

Here I want to suggest one thing which help you for SEO purpose.

    Good practices for heading tags
Imagine you're writing an outline - Similar to writing an outline for a large paper, put some
thought into what the main points and sub-points of the content on the page will be and
decide where to use heading tags appropriately.

Use headings sparingly across the page - Use heading tags where it makes sense. Too
many heading tags on a page can make it hard for users to scan the content and determine
where one topic ends and another begins.

As real estate industry competition is growing day by day, one should think beyond regular seo tactics like article submission, blog commenting, social media, directory submission. These tactics are good to practice as a part of your campaign but as i've mentioned above that industry competition is rising. One should really think from out of the box and come up with something really gonna boost your rankings, traffic, leads but all should be legal and white hat ofcourse.

In my experience, when confusion exists among the "experts" it is prudent to take a middle road. Therefore my suggestion for linking is to have a mix. Let's say 40% reciprocal related, 30% one-way related, 30% local links. The figures are not scientific, they just look good to me. What do you think?
I agree, too many people focus on "Dofollow" artificial backlinks with few "nodofollow" links and Google is smart enough to realize that this appears to be stacking the deck in favor of dofollow and does not appear natural. And, with the new Panda update it appears that many of those artificial backlinks are devalued anyway.

For us, consistent relevant blogging brought about the good quality backlinks.

Your post is very down to the point. These really are four basic steps in a successful optimization campaign, however the importance of link building cannot be stressed enough, as it gets your website lots of exposure and new traffic.
