It's going to take a really good blog (of yours) before other blog owners will allow you to post as a guest blogger. It got me about 25 posts in my blog before I ever got my first invite to post on other blogs as a guest. You can't just go on emailing or calling other blog owners telling them you want to post on their blog. You would have to have a good background and online profile before they will allow it.
