Use the keyword tool from Google itself.

    Code:
    https://adwords.google.com/o/Targeting/Explorer?__u=1000000000&__c=1000000000&ideaRequestType=KEYWORD_IDEAS#search.none
Of course what you want to be searching for are those keywords with high searches and less competition. sometimes it is also ok to get competitive keywords as with the hundreds of worthless SEO out there, beating them of SERP is not that difficult anymore.

First of all, I am sorry, your question is not pretty clear, I am assume that you are finding difficult in identifying keywords. I would suggest you to use Google External Keyword tool along with Google suggestions on Google.com (When searching there are many suggestions offered by Google, when pressing space bar after typing some words).

For me, finding good keywords to use is not that hard. You just have to use some strategy to it.

    Use Google Adwords,
then pick those keywords that has low competition
but has a high local and monthly searches.

    simple as that.
